One of our members participated at the Hackathon, known as Update Deutschland based on the past event EU vs. Virus organized by the European Union. This event opened opportunities of creating a project that could involve different sectors and create a benefit for the German society.

One of our members participated in the Open Day of the University of Leicester in England, which offered a very fun and digital way to get to know one of the best universities in the UK and the world!

The webminar was conducted in cooperation with the univeristy San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca (USFX) By taking a focus on the retrospective and analysis of the current situation. One of our members did an important contribution to the context of lessons learned and to lessons to be learned from the COVID-19.

BYB was present at the Pan-EU Hackathon. This was a great opportunity to work in interdisciplinary teams and rely on the expertise of others in order to reach a same objective of tackling the challenge of the virus. Different categories were introduced:
- Health & Life
- Business Continuity
- Social and Political Cohesion
- Remote Working & Education
- Digital Finance
With the collaboration of a team from Germany and Italy we participated in the field of Digital Finance by introducing a project that aims to boost SME´s access to financial support in the most affected regions of the EU.

The event one of our members attended to an exclusive event and had an exchange with McKinsey consultants. The event had a special feature that included an introduction into professional methods of problem structuring and solution.
The case study presented focused on strategy advice for an international fashion retailer. The solution aimed a convincing strategy for the market expansion.

During the Webminar learnig to say #Iam Remarkable we introduced some elements of empowerment specially for women in leading positions. The Webinar took place via Zoom with our partner A Daycare facility with high standards of education, situated in Sucre, Capital of Bolivia.
A special thanks to our partner and their highly committed workers, which were very welcoming and are expecting to hear soon from us again. We will definitely organize a second version of the event with new content.
